Travel & Stay

Note

Numerous foreign leaders, diplomats, and dignitaries will be converging on New York City the weekend of our wedding. It’s possible that this is related to the United Nations General Assembly. All the same, we suggest arranging your travel plans as soon as possible!

Travel

New York City is blessed with abundant transportation options! The reception and lodging options are both in midtown Manhattan, close to Bryant Park. Traffic can affect travel times significantly. That said, a taxi or rideshare to Midtown should take about the following:

  • John F. Kennedy International Airport is 45 minutes to an hour

  • LaGuardia Airport is 20 to 45 minutes

  • Newark Liberty International Airport is 45 minutes to an hour 20 minutes

If you’re coming in from the tri-state area via rail or bus, our lodging options are also a short trip via subway, taxi, or rideshare from Penn Station, the Port Authority Bus Terminal, and Grand Central Station.

Google Maps will give you the best route via public transit if you are interested.
